Greenstreet is a South African investment holding company established in 2020. We hold equity in utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure, including wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage. Our investments are developed under the Department of Electricity and Energy’s REIPPPP programme or with private offtakers.

Greenstreet is wholly owned by STANLIB Infrastructure Fund II, managed by STANLIB Infrastructure Investments. Fund II manages a diversified portfolio across South African infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy, digital infrastructure, storage, and transport. In addition to Greenstreet, the Fund holds:
  • South Africa’s only privately tolled roads under concession
  • A national grain storage and logistics platform
  • South Africa’s leading fibre connectivity business
  • Private energy solutions through partnerships like Solareff Connect and Lyra Energy
